Reg Gillard practiced as an Accountant for 25 years, during which time he founded and developed a number of financial service busineses. The last 20 years he has focused on the resource sector with the acquisition and evaluation of opportunities, the raising of capital, recruitment of management teams and corporate governance being his main responsibilities.

During this period an international range of contacts has been developed with institutional investors, brokers and funds, especially in Eurpoe and North America.

Mr Gillard is the chairman of several ASX listed companies, and acts on their audit, nomination and remuneration committees.

Robert Mosig is a Geologist with over 30 years experience in platinum group metals, gold and diamond exploration.

Robert's experience includes:- exploration using geology, geochemistry, geophysics and drilling; ore resource drilling and calculation; metallurgical and engineering evaluation; environmental and economic evaluations; mining and processing.

Mr Mosig is a founding Director of Platina Resources Limited since listing, and holds no other Directorships.

Brian Moller is a Partner with Hopgood Ganim Lawyers of Brisbane and practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Brian acts for many publicly listed resource and industrial companies in Australia, and regularly advises boards of directors on corporate governance and related issues. He has acted on numerous mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings in both the industrial and resources sectors.

Brian also holds Directorships with D'Aguilar Gold Ltd (ASX) and Solomon Gold Plc (AIM) and WCB Capital Ltd (TSX).

Mr Abraham-James is a Geologist who began his career conducting advanced exploration on South Africa's Bushveld Complex (Placer Dome). He later worked as a Mine Geologist at Rio Tinto's Argyle Diamond Mine, before joining Platina. Mr Abraham-James has worked on all of the Company's projects and managed the 2008, 2009 and 2010 Greenland exploration field seasons.
